Before the day · name every hand-off
Write down where the bag leaves your hands, who receives it, the earliest and latest collection time and what remains with you. Medicine, documents, valuables and one overnight layer should not depend on an uncertain hand-off.
At the station · compare four branches
If the suitable locker is unavailable, compare one staffed counter, accommodation storage and delivery rather than repeating the same search. Opening hours, acceptance and capacity must be confirmed at the actual place.
Before paying · confirm the complete delivery
Show the destination exactly as the accommodation uses it and confirm the expected date, receiving hours, size restrictions and what happens if reception cannot accept the bag. Keep the receipt and reference number offline.
If the plan fails · protect the next booking
Stop searching before the bag makes you late for the next fixed event. Move out of the flow, keep essential items with you and choose the simplest staffed option—including returning to the accommodation—that preserves a safe complete route.
