Making practical help easier to use

What we currently do

• Use semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Respect reduced-motion settings.
• Provide text for status changes, controls and content that is not conveyed by colour alone.
• Publish language-specific URLs and identify each page language in its metadata.

Known issues

• Screen-reader and voice-control testing is not yet complete across all devices.
• Some third-party official pages may have different accessibility support.
• Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese currently have a smaller library; not every English or Japanese article has a translated equivalent.
