Hipparidako MeshiA small pottery pot turns Akashi’s octopus and fishing pots into one object.
Created in 1998 around the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge era, the box uses a pot-like vessel to connect the ingredient with the tools and seascape of octopus fishing. It is witty design with geographic discipline: the container is not random decoration.
